Are there any groups or members in the Essex\Southend area, I'm very interested in doing some local conservation.

I recently came back from the Isle of weight, and found 5 or 6 places where wall lizards were introduced into public gardens  back in the late 1900s and due to the climate in the isle of weight these lizards are doing really well, I counted around 60 in the matter of 20 mins just in one location. I didn't see a native reptile while I was out there although I think i saw a nutterjack toad, but couldn't get close enough to get a positive ID
