Posted: 17 Sep 2007 Here is a photo of a male Green Lizard caught (and released) at Boscombe in the first week of June this year. Unfortunately, despite searching the cliffs all day it was the only one seen, which perhaps doesn't bode well as the weather conditions were perfect. I was eventually asked to stop climbing on the cliffs - it seems old Johnny Boscombe has some local bylaw or something that I overlooked! |

Posted: 17 Mar 2008 I spent about 5 hours looking for these divided between 2 trips. I saw one on the 2nd trip (August last yr) - they are very difficult to find, unlike the wall lizards there. Photo is a bit rubbish I'm afraid but it will prepare you for what it's like trying to find them!
