hey everyone,

i was just wondering if anyone has heard of or even been to a 'reptiliary' or something at lyndhurst, in the new forest.

apparently it has at least one of every british reptile and amphibain or something along those lines.?????

Yes, tis at Holidays Hill off the main Lyndhurst Road from Christchurch, although they do not usually keep long term smooth snakes - but nice adders inc black ones .

went there a couple of weeks ago . nice place. bit odd but cool. saw a young smooth snake....well the tip of its tail. and those are some cool adders. the only problem is the damn netting thats over all the enclosures. but a tony has said nice adders there must be about 10 altogether including black ones but nice!
